Peter Onulak from Timberline Builders, Inc., has not given us our receipt (for a higher price than he origanally quoted) and the warranty for the work he did on our roof.
His crew left a large amount of scrap metal in our yard (and scraps in our neighbors yards as well. We tried to speak to the crew about this - but they did not speak English. So we had to clean up their mess in our neighbors yards.) We contacted Peter for over six months about the leftover scraps to see if he would pick it up, he continually said that he would (after six months of the "eye-sore" in our yard, we informed Peter we were going to throw the leftovers away and he approved.) We wish he had just told us that six months before instead of letting us keep it for him.
He promised that our receipt and warranty would be given to us repeatedly. But for the last YEAR (since November) he has not delivered on that promise. His ad says "We keep our promises". He always has an excuse when we can finally reach him. We asked him just to put our papers in the mail. But, instead he has told us on four separate occasions that he will be over to bring our receipt and warranty - and we belived him, sat home waiting, but he never shows up. The last time we actually talked to him he said that "yes, he was wrong by not giving us our receipt and warranty and would come over with our papers. And then asked if we would write him a letter of recommendation?" I'm not kidding! And then he left us waiting again.
We have been strung along, lied to and even hung-up on by this man. We want this resolved. Now he will not return any or our calls or emails. His ad also says "We return calls". We just want what is owed to us. We have asked him nicely to just put the papers in the mail over the past year! I don't know what his problem is but I'm just really tired of it.
