USjesco.com, I ordered 2 mops for the price of one, only got one, it was defective, never received the other and tried to contact numerous times, never had any response. Ripoff

I ordered 2 PVA mops and it was 2 for the price of one. I received 1 mop only (after a long wait) and it was defective. I never received the other mop. I called and e-mailed several times and only get a recording everytime that no one is available. My e-mails have not been responded to.
