New Century Appraisal In Michigan, Harold Terry Morgan ripoff: Borrower paid for appraisal and appraiser and asst. Terry will not release. Stole over $350.00

Please be aware of the above mentioned company. They run a scam! They take your appraisal order, do the appraisal, and never send it. Then they tell you to resend the order and still won't send the appraisal. This company is a SCAM!!!

Now they won't answer their phone.

I have fax confirmations of the faxed order and the borrower paid by check.

I will refer to the Atty General's office, Real estate licensing commision.

I will also have the borrower contact the local authorities. For theft.

Be aware they are listed on appraisal.com.

Do not use them!!!
