False promisises, inadequate time frame

On Thursday, Jan 27, I went to the srvice counter at the Patchogue, NY PEP Boys center. I made an appointment to have the heater blower moter replaced on my 1998 Dodge Caravan. The appointment was schedules for 10:00 am, Friday, January 28th. When my wife took the vehicle into the service shop, she was informed that NO APPOINTMENT HAD EVER BEEN MADE. She called me at home and told me what happened. She said that the service department had informed her that it wouild take about 1 HOUR to repair, because they happened to have a spot open. At 2:00 pm the same afternoon, my wife still mbeing at tPEP Boys, I called the service desk and complained. I told them my wife is a nurse who works from 11:00to 8:00 mam in the morning and thusfar she has had no sleep since 10:30 pm the night before. They told me that the part in question was on it's way and that as soon as the part arrives they will install it.

I am very upset because theyn service department insured me that they would do it the first thing in the morning. I don't know whether I can trust PEP Boys honesty policy in the future... That is if they have an honesty policy.
