My Husband and I bought 2 single quality mattress for a new day bed we bought. We also bought a chaise from this company. We waited over 3 weeks for an order that was going to be delivered in 3 days. We called they lost the order.
W went in to the furniture store because when you leave a message no one returns it. They told me they would deliver the chaise and the 2 mattress on sunday. They came and only delivered one mattress and our chaise.
I have been calling and calling and leaving messages no one calls me back. I drove from wautoma to highway 21 furniture brokers building again and got the number of the caldwell banker the agency taking care of the sale of the building. The real estate agent is lisa the girl who is dating pat the man who sold me the items. I call her almost daily and she will not help me or give me numbers.
