Took my money, but never received product

I ordered a table from Rustic Canyon Decor. They took my money, and I waited for the arrival of the table. I received an email, after 4 weeks, stating that my table was being delivered. After weeks passed, and the table never arrived, I began calling the company.

Judy Evensizer, the owner, was the only one that I could get in touch with. She said she'd track the table to see where it was, and she'd call me within a few hours. Days passed, and I called again, and left various emails. She never responded to my inquiries.

When I finally got in touch with her, she said the table was damaged, and it they would send another one within 1-2 weeks. After a few weeks passed, there was still no table. Again, I constantly called for some info on the whereabouts of the table, and she never called back.

After 8 weeks passed, she emailed me and said the table was in my hometown and would be delivered that day. Still, no table. Again, I contacted her, and she said that she had been tracking the wrong table, and my table wasn't in stock. Frustrated and disappointed, I requested a refund.

There was never an apology for the inconvenience. I contacted the BBB, and her reply to my complaint was that I was a rude, demanding customer, and that what happened with the table was standard procedure with delivery time. I would NEVER deal with this company again.
