Purchased Warning Food Slicer (Lowes item 12397) and receive a free cusinart Stainless Steel Platter via mail in rebate.
Mailed 12/21/04. Keep calling and they tell me it is being processed then they change the number so they can't be reached after April 30.2/28 they gave me a rebate #055395 and a submission #48370729.5/17 got a new phone number to call for the rebate, called on May 17 and May 23rd., Said they would call me the next day still no word. I have a copy of the coupon and bar code they requested. If they don't want to give you a rebate they should not advertise it.
