My boss ordered red and black tile to put in our second store, Lowe's said it would be 7 to 10 days. On the tenth day they finally tell us that the tile is on back order and will be in in 3 weeks. We needed it in 2 days, so we call around and finally talk directly to the tile manufacturer (the tile Lowe's said we would have in 3 wks.) They tell us that there are only 2 boxes of it left in the U.S. And they aren't even planning on making any more of this tile for over a month. Lowe's either straight up lied or never placed the order.
