On nov. 11 2001 me and my wife put a downpayment of $3926.00 to order, the sales Rep. Cheryl Howerton said she needed a down payment to order our home, and stated delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks.
We checked the status in Mid December, and she stated she wasnt sure how busy the factory was and it may take a little longer. I called the Factory and asked about the home and was informed no such order exsists.
I returned a call to Kingdom and they stated I had talked to the wrong person, and I was reassured the home was in fact ordered. WRONG! This repeated itself atleast four more times, and on February 21 I we found out 13 other individuals have placed downpayments and gave money to Kingdom homes and are still waiting for there home this goes back to August.
Charges has been filed with the Washington County Sheriffs Department and the Ohio and West Virginia Attorney Generals Office. STAY AWAY FROM KINGDOM MOBILE HOMES BELPRE OHIO
