Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent practices, doesn't return calls, won't honor warranty

I was introduced to this company by a friend. They sell air purification systems (AKA vaccum cleaner). They had come to my home and want to show me the Delphin, that's the machines name. We were promised a free $25 gift card to Wal-mart which the salesman Chet, Forgot to bring. He said he would mail it, that was on February 21 and we have never recieved it yet.

He used high pressure tactics to sell us this machine. Like, no loving parent would be without one. And don't you want the best breathing air for your children? Don't your children deserve to best? Anyway, the next day I use the vacuum and it was okay, but I had so many questions. It comes with special disinfecting solution thet you use to clean the air. Chet the saleman, said you could buy the same basic type of solution at your local super market, I couldn't find it. I had also read in the manual that came with the machine if you use any other solution but there company's it voids the warranty.

I contacted the main number. No one would return my calls. I kept calling. Finally the owner called me on March 13 and he left me a message. I called him right back but he didn't return my calls again.

Finally the following week I spoke to Keith the owner, I told him my problem and he confirmed the was right and if I used any other product I would void my warranty. I told him I had seen the same disinfection solution on ebay for $9.95, but he said it wasn't the same and I had to buy mine directly from him at a price of $18.00 a bottle.

I also, told him I had not received my free gift for his salesman coming out, he assured me he would send me a $20 gift card to Wal-mart. I told him his salesman said $25 gift card. He said he would get it out to me and it is now April 3 and I still haven't gotten it yet.

Also when his salesman was here, he asked us for a referal list and that I would receive a free carpet cleaner if they made 4 appointments, to our referrals. We know they made at least 4 and didn't show up for 3 and the one the did show up for they they gave the couple and expired vacation as their free gift.

I have tried to contact them since then and still we have no response.
