Express Garage Door has come to Minnesota in the past 2 years and is piggybacking onto established garage door company's names. They have huge full page color ads in the yellow pages and sponsored links on all the search engines. They even buy domain names that are off by only 1 letter or word from legitimate companies that have been in town forever, in order to confuse people and divert that company's customers to themselves. My company is one of their targets. They use MANY aliases and seem to be owned/operated by Shaun Moore, Pete Stephans and Tom McBride. Their prices are exhorbitant. Their BBB membership has been revoked in MN. They are not in good standing with the State of Minnesota.
Does anyone have any information to help me fight these guys? I DO NOT want them associated with our good name.
