Hasn't paid me back money due

On Feb. 1st a repair person came to my home to fix my KitchenAid oven. He couldn't fix it. I gave him a check for parts that would be delivered and installed. The next day I cancelled the shipment and decided to buy a new stove. When the parts came anyway, I took them back to the Sears factory service as told to by the person at 800-905-9505.

I was told that I would receive the money back (over $400) within 10 days. After 10 days and I didn't receive my money although they have cashed the check (I have the cancelled check) I called and they said they were still processing my request and that it should arrive in 10 more days. Ten days passed and no check. I called again yesterday and was told it would be processed and I would have to wait ten days again. I don't believe I'm going to get a check. I have been told to speak to the same person each time, Valerie, who acts like she's never heard of me and starts the process all over again. Meantime, I'm out $408.
