I ordered 6000 worth of furniture dec. First part of delivery was set up for jan 18. They showed up late and never put beds together completly and had my minor child sign for the stuff.
I set next date up two weeks later and was promised delivery between 700am and 1200pm. Never showed went to work and they appeared at 300 because they were running late no calls received. Again they had my minor child sign for furniture which was all wrong and messed up. They just threw all furniture in the house and ran.
Next date i set up me and my husband took off work to make sure everything was correct. I sat here all day waiting losing money of course. I received a phone call at 252 while in the bathroom and husband was outside doing yard work. Marlo left a message at that time claiming i need to reschedule do to the fact they got my answer machine they assumed i was not home.
I called them back at 320 and waited for them to answer about a half hour as usual. When they answered they told me the drivers are 2 and half hours behind and they showed up and we weren't home, i told them that is not true i was outside as well as my husband waiting. They yelled at me and called me a liar and said tuff sh@ they are not coming to your house today! Manager on duty was Marie.
I can't believe they are allowed to yell at customers and hang up as well as costing me and my husband well over 600 dollars of work we took off. We went to the store and canceled everything as well as things that are in our house. I told them we are not responsible for a minor signing for merchandise. They wiill have to pick up items on my time now when i am home even if it sits there for a year. Credit is in dispute due to a minor signing. If suing is an option please contact me due to taking advantage of a minor.
There is more issue said and done that would make your head spin. I really wonder what are these delivery people doing on the job? They are always late not from putting furniture together thats for sure...
