(Bradford Banta) Inappropriate business practice, causing derogatory credit report, fraudulent eviction, abuse of the justice system (Attorney owned rental property). Oakland Park Florida

When I moved into this rental property, I needed some assistance from the county where I and my 2 children resided. I was renting week to week. After living there for several weeks I became ill so I had missed a few days work.

I thought (and I was also led to believe that I was late with my rent payment), my rent was due on Monday the 15th, I paid my rent on that next Friday when I got paid. Late fees, admin fees, I was left 3 day notices, several times over the next few months when I was several day late again (so i thought and again let to believe the same) Eviction notice on Thanksgiving.

I borrowed money to give these people for rent that I thought I owed to them, when in actually I had been paid 2 weeks ahead all the time.

The first time I thought I was late with my rent payment is the day they had received payment from the County making me paid in advance.instead they did not tell me they had received that payment. They instead served me with a 3 days notice. I did not find this information out until December when I asked, did you ever receive the payment from the county. The woman told me yes, I asked her for a copy of the receipt, she asked me why did I want it, I told her that I needed it for my records, when I saw the date of receipt I saw that it was the same day as the first time I thought my rent payment was late.

All my receipts show that I was never late with my rent. They have me and my son with judgements against us. They have a $12000 judgement against me my son lost out on a job because this was on our credit report.

We had gone to court the judge dismissed it. Mr Banta (being an attorney) Refiled using other legal terminology. I was trying to get my credit report clean. I had contact the credit reporting agency and refutted their information about me. That is when Mr Banta refiled the judgement again.

They have poor bookkeeping skills, devious business practices, I have seen the on site manager going into the persons apt and throwing the peoples things out while the sheriffs officers sit and watch her do it.
