I am a subcontractor to a general contractor who built a sizable custom house for some nice folk. The owners didn't know about Wells Fargo VERY shady, slow, and messy method of paying construction draws. Builder put our their own money, fuel, payroll, taxes, bills, materials charge accounts racked up to build a house. A draw is taken usually after the site is excavated and foundations are complete along with framing loaded to site. Wells Fargo will then play a sad game with money issuing and delay it 60 days or more, a second draw is made right after the first is payed and the f%cking back will complain! This low life game is played every step of the construction process. I, as the painter, is at the end of the process, my job is complete, materials, gas, wages paid, and I can't pay myself because $15,000 plus is due and we are creeping on month 2 for the builder to get paid. Wells fargo has always played these low life games with peoples lives and money. I want to put this out because that institution is the devils pocketbook keeper. Save yourself and others serious headache, heart ache, and stress problems by choosing your loan or financial company wisely.
