Sears home repair appliance repair problem - LG dishwashe

First, I told the automated voice device all the information that each human would then ask me when they would come on the line from Sears home repair.

They sent a motor out for a warranty covered dishwasher from a conversation we had on the phone of the error message we were getting. They replaced the motor but it didn't fix the problem.instead of getting the right part and fixing it they set another appointment for 3 weeks later to fix it. I then received the part they thought would fix it and its the wrong color and size for our machine. I am now waiting on the right part that I thought was ordered a week ago. I called and they have not ordered the part yet.
They have been very diligent about asking us to renew our warranties on our appliances. Very diligent! If Sears spent as much time as I have trying to get this dishwasher fixed, I'm sure it would be done by now.

By the way, I was given the number of the parts department (888-236-1885) and told to call them if they haven't called me in 48 hours to confirm they ordered the part. Yea, I'll get right on that and follow up because it sounds like you are anticipating that I'm not going to get that confirmation. They did want to know if I would like to renew my warranties.

It's really simple, They've just made it hard.
