Roto-Rooter (from South Ave.in West Seneca) was here today and did an incredible job of getting our toilets and drain lines running freely. Our technician, Chad, was here bright and early as promised. I was impressed with his courteous, professional conduct. He was barely in the front door when he was putting on fresh shoe covers to keep our home clean. (I think he may have been only the 2nd service man of any kind to do that!) He assessed our situation and told me my options and the price of each thing. He also suggested a money-saving option that I was honestly skeptical of at first, but it clearly became my best choice. He went from drain line to drain line working steadily and answered my questions professionally whenever I asked. He also took care at each task to keep the area clean; that was very impressive. At the end he told me some things I could do proactively as homeowner to reduce the likelihood of a problem in the future. I think the price of the work was worth it for the skills he possessed and the job he did. I am glad to have made the call.
