I have an issue with water heater pilot (goes off every 3-4 hour) in my rental unit. I notified Collonial about the issue about a week ago and they sent a plumber to check it. When plumber was there water heater pilot was on and he left without doing anything. I called Collonial again this morning to repoen the claim, I was told they will repopen the case again and have a contractor come and check it today. I had to call back 4 times, every time they take the information and... Nothing happens. Meanwhile, my tebnant is without hot water. Waste of money. I paid for full year otherwise I would get out of this mess right now.
