We had a new tank less water heater installed in our home in Jan of this year after our old one had a leak from freeze. We paid over 1000 for the Rheem tank less water heater and we have had nothing but trouble with it. First they told us it wasn't under warranty so we went back to Home Depot and they got that fix. Every time we call because we get a error of 11 or 12. They keep telling us the venting is wrong. They even sent out there own plumber, who called and told them that it was done right. So it worked for one week and now we again have no hot water. I would never recommend this company. It is terrible. For a $1000 water heater you think it should work. When you go back to Home Depot were we bought it they tell us to deal with Rheem. Why don't they have to honer there warranty. Again I wouldn't recommend them. Our last tank less was wonderful.
