Performance First. Dimension Service. Fraud... Refusal to honor authorizaed work... Verbal lies and rudeness... Causing great amount of damages to my family and my car that is being ruined because these people refuse to honor a legal document and recorded verbal guarantees for months now... Unprofessional... Do not buy any Chrysler extended warranty from these people... I have written and recorded documentation and I intend to hold them rersponsible. They refuse to put the same people on the phone who authorized work. They intimidate, threaten, and stall any service provider who tries to get the work done... They are so disreputable that most service providers will not even do work on the car if they have to deal with them... My e-mails and many calls are avoided... They refuse to respond in writing to many requests for terms and/or reasons why they will not comply with the legal terms of the warranty and the written authorization... I intend to keep this up[dated, and if necessary load all correspondence and verbal recorded conversations with links on every website I can find. I am also involving the dealer who issued this fraudulent warranty.
