Seems servpro has successfully gotten the complaint's text "scrubbed"... I recently had a similar company called service master show up quickly after a water damage situation and they did nothing but established their "territory" for the insurance company, foremost/farmer's... Beware..!!! After 2 very stressful weeks later, the insurance adjustor determined they would "cover" and then "grateful" service master came back and tore out every wall in the apt. Billing over $8,100 to a "grateful" foremost/farmers. Then foremost/farmers' gave me a lowball beaten down depreciated amount ($8,400)... I suggest a homeowner use a local independent water damage mitigation company which shows up and sprays a "biocide" on the walls to kill the mildew/mold and set up a dehumidifier... And then they remove the unsalvageable drywall and other directly water caused damage, instead of removing thousands and thousands of dollars worth of well constructed and repaintable walls and trim like service master did to my property... Note everyone in the situation was taken care of except me the policy/home owner...
