Around 6/12 I sent a baby camera to Samsung to be repaired. The bracket that hold the camera was broke. It would hold the camera in position. I received the camera back approx two weeks later. The camera had to be paired with the monitor why I don't know it was paired when I sent it for repair. The camera would not pair with the monitor I sent it back and explained it would not pair with the monitor. Again I explained to them I shouln't have to pair the camera if I Rec'd the same one I sent them. Any way they said there was a problem and I would have to wait till they received another camera to send me I've been waiting since around the 1st of July. I have a baby that needs to be monitored. I'm looking for assistance in resolving this problem and getting a camera back. Please help me.
