Expectations - Water damage cleanup

Serv-Pro was here on Sunday to clean up some water damage to my furnished basement.
They tore out wet dry wall and set up fans and humidifiers and sprayed chemicals to kill additional mold & mildew..
But on the morning of day 4 they took all the equipment out and had me sign off.
I am wondering though why they left a 62 year old woman to carry out heavy containers of wet dry wall and clean up after them.
Is this the way it works?
