My experience with Air Flow Pros was horrible and WOULD NOT recommend them. I had called them because my air conditioner was having a burning smell coming from it and I didn't know if it was some thing I needed to worry about or not. I searched for air conditioner repair near me. Air Flow Pros was one of the companies that came up. I looked at their web page it looked professional so I gave them a call. The phone rang quite a few times before a message picked up saying "we will be with you in just a moment" A advertisement message for another company was played and then music played for about a minute before a real person finally picked up. I told them the problem and asked them if it was some thing serious. The person on the phone was rude and then cut me off saying woh! Woh! Woh! We will have the on call tech give me a call. I gave them my contact information and he again said that he would have the on call tech give me a call. I called in the evening so must have been an answering service? After waiting an hour no one ever called and ended up calling another company. Really bad customer service!!! According to Google their address is a house so may not even be a real company.
