I was mislead and did not receive the service the way they said they would. This company appeared and claimed to be a quality service like no other company and this was far from the truth. They set me up with someone that was totally opposite from my type. This first date was schedule at such a date and time, place and they told me this person did not respond to their email date and time to set us up. Right from the very first date things did not go as planned. Romance Pros lied and had not followed up on their side. Romance pros gave me the run around. The first date was planned but I never got a response from Romance Pros that this new date was not responding... If I didn't call them the schedule date would have past unnoticed. They lack professionalism. I complained in a well mannered way. I woman names Stephanie told me I am too picky then I receive an email that I was to hard on them. Could you believe this? And then after that phone call they ignored me. I said I will call my credit card company up to get a full refund. They emailed me and said romance pros never breached their contract so I should go for it and try. Its amazing because they responded back to me faster then them serving me as a customer. I signed up with them in March. Its been nearly three months and didn't get another date or email. They took my money and stoled it. It was my fault for not doing more research about this company but it seemed so professional and this is what happens when you go in with good faith to be served. Its a scam. They said it was 5 thousand dollars for 12 months. I paid 1500. And my date paid the same price but she was offered more than 8 dates she had 12 choices.
I got better results from a free on line dating service. Romance Pros did not give me the service I paid for. I feel that I just flushed my money down the drain.
