I work for the state of michigan corrections department. I received a fax from Trip Pros. This fax was offering vacations to various locations. Stated they were able to offer them at this price, due to surplus from company's like Exon Mobile. They asked for bank routing number and took 300.00 per person for 2 adults and 1 child. My co-worker also did the same and purchased for 2 adults. They later collected 69.00 per person and did send some information. I haven't heard from them after following all the steps I was suppose to. I try calling them and they either hang up or say they're transferring me and no one comes back to the phone. They're customer service number is 888-609-5515 Never get anything but recording there. I have called repeatedly to these numbers 888-416-7751. They're fax number is 301-515-1386 email is info.
