After buying 2 computers, and joining the Geek Squad, and purchasing an "extended 2 yr warranty" we found out its only a "membership" to the Geek Squad, u pay for the help they provide for you, when one of the computers broke down and we were within the 2 yr extended warranty, we were told this n that ect, including when we bought the 2 yr extended warranty it killed the one yr manufactured warranty!!! Ive never had this happen! What does extended mean then? We were told the harddrive/memory was messed up n needed to be fixed, needless to say at this point n time were we're pissed at Best Buy, we gave our "feedback", within 2 days we gotta call and everything changed about what was wrong with the computer!!! I rewrote my "feedback" to them! Got another call, we have 5 days to pick up our computer! Best Buy you wont sucker me again!!!
