After visiting the Stroudsburg, Pa. Store to buy a tv, I found one within 2minutes but after waiting a 1/2 hr for someone to help, I found the manager and told him how long I was waiting, he told me they were busy and I could either wait or leave. BTW, he wasn't doing anything at the time and could have helped me himself. Never will I buy anything from BestBuy again!!!
