They upgraded tires AFTER they had put them on the car. This was on my son's car. Keep in mind this was an older beat up car and they put 65,000 mile tires on it that cost $109.00 instead of the cheaper tire I had gotten a price on. ALOT cheaper. My first email to them was to just explain what happened. I was told the district manager would call me in a few days. Two weeks later I emailed again with no response. I sent them a total of 6 emails the last which was 3 weeks ago. When I called they said that they can't do anything since it was so long ago that I had last contacted them. Then I realized that he was as rude (him being someone in the corparate office) as the 3 people I dealt with at the shop in Toledo that straight out lied to my face about the tires. I seriously wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
