I have been with firestone for about 8 years and I have seen managers come and go, in the Huntington station Ny store. I just heard today that Bill and Isaac got promoted and they very much deserved it both was always so kind and they made you feel comfortable. I was always a happy customer. I went today to firestone with a flat tire and now Dave is the new store manager and I love him he seemed so eager to help he explained everything I hope he stays and please never bring back Chris he had no customer service skills. Thank you Firestone for keeping my car healthy.
