Anchor Plumbing is run by a Mr. Jim Schnieder, an individual who cares not about providing a good service to customers or a good working environment for his employees, all he cares about is unjustly enriching himself by overcharging customers and providing substandard work.
Has stated that he enjoys hiring Mexicans because he can pay them less than $10 an hour yet charge the customer upwards of $80 -$100 per hour on time and materials, even more on flat-rated jobs (bids). He repeatedly stated that he wanted us to charge "extras" to customers in order to make more money instead of focusing on how disorganized he is and how he could improve his own stock in running a business.
He won't keep good employees, he'd worked them to death first and instead he'd rather keep a suck-ass cowboy who tends to repeatedly screw up rough-in's and works as slow as molasses in the winter. When a customer hires Anchor Plumbing now, they get shoddy service, bad plumbing and they end up over-paying this egotistical, bigoted, hypocritical small-minded individual.
Jim is a terrible boss and an unscrupulous plumbing contractor. Hopefully his business will fold and do the rest of Tucson and Marana a big favor. People like him need to be put out of business. Its bad enough that plumbers who work for a contractor don't have to be licensed, they work under the sponsorship of the contractor so you may be getting some num-nutt who says he's a plumber, yet isn't.
Terrible ex-boss, terrible services, terrible work environment and all run by a racist.
