I contacted Service Magic on line. They advertise everywhere that they will give you great contractors. That's a joke. I was asking for a plumbing contractor and they gave me the name of the plumber from hell, Joe's Plumbing in Saugerties, NY. He created a hazmat situation in my home last year. I told them that they were recommended someone horrible and they didn't care.
