I ordered a sofa online via mydesignersofa.com September 16th, for $1,782.50 it is now January and I have no sofa and no tracking # to show any physical product exists or is on its way to me.
At the time of my purchase the merchant's website listed 15 weeks as the maximum amount of time the order process might take. Since that date she has changed the estimated order process time several times, extending it to meet her delays, and it now reads "3 to 5 months or more". Thankfully Google's cached pages preserved a copy of the website's terms stored just days after my order was placed to preserve the original terms and conditions.
Originally after I placed my order on September 18th the company sent me an email stating my sofa had gone into production and I would be receiving photos soon. I emailed 2 more times throughout October and was told again and again that I would be receiving photos of my completed product any day.
