I brought a faulty sofa from csl 30/7- 6/7 and they refused me a refund even though their terms and conditions said they would, after 6 months they wore me down and i chose a replacement, the delivery man refused to deliver it saying it was too big, even though in every way it is smaller than the original faulty sofa, so i asked for a refund. They refused and said they would now charge me 30% of the price of the orginal sofa (even though the replacement was £40 cheaper) due to a "love it " policy which they said they could add at any time, even though it wasnt in the original terms and conditions, i complained and said i would contact consumer rights groups, so they only took £100. I was without a sofa for a year, as the faulty sofa gave me back ache and i wouldn't use it and csl refused to remove it until the dispute was resolved, so i have been using a garden chair for a year. Personally i feel it was unfair to charge me £100 for such poor service and would like to warn people about this company, which does not honour its own terms and conditions. I have all the paper work relating to this issue
