Well here it is dec 22 and not a speck of work has been done NOTHING AT ALL
He will not return calls we have madde about 100 calls to him and left many messages. On dec 22 i called the kasnsas office number and nate birkmier answered the phone erc construction can i help you... I have made enough calls to recognize his voice he recognized my voice and i also told him who i was.
He denied it was him or that it was even erc construction.
I told him i knew it was him and asked when our work was gonna be done or when he was gonna refund our deposit he then started saying helllo helloo hello like he could not hear me b.
