I have contracted with a construction company "Paragon Construction Unlimited", PO. Box 823491, Pembroke Pines, Fl. 33082. License Number CGC042048, in March 3, in good faith, for the acquisition and installation of Storm Shutters. As per the Contract, I gave them a $5,000 deposit, with the guarantee that the Shutters would be installed before June 1. It is now June 18 and after two scheduled installations, the shutters have still not been installed. It takes them three weeks, if at all to return calls. They have no website and no e-mail address. This is the most irresponsible, neglectful, slipshod company I have ever dealt with and based on the poor (non existent) customer service and no work ethics. I would recommend not doing business with Paragon Construction Unlimited Inc.
