I hired Nate Fitzpatrick/First Class Equine to transport two Miniature Donkeys from Columbus, Texas to Gold Hill, Oregon. Nate insisted on full payment prior to pick-up so I wired him $1040 on 8/29/09.
The donkeys have not been picked up. Nate has returned my calls and told me repeatedly that his truck was in the shop and that he would pick them up on various dates, none of which he did. On 9/14/09 I received and e-mail from his "secretary" Laurie stating he was in the hospital. I do not believe this.
I have repeatedly asked that the $1040 be returned to me. This has not happened.
