I had visited their web site maybe once and then forgot about it.
Not too long go one of their salesman, a guy Nate, called me.
Anyway, he and I talked for a while. I became quite interested. That's when Nate came in for the kill. He offered to sign me up right there on the spot. Like a fool I agreed. So, I bought the $39.95 per month package deal. After my credit card was charged and we "closed the deal", I went on their web site. Here I realized I made a mistake. Conveniently, Nate disregarded to tell me that they had a free trial membership. Yes, I concede that I should have looked at their web site first. But, of course, Nate sounded like a nice guy and was offering me a "deal".
After I realized my mistake, I called Nate back to ask him why didn't he tell me there was a free trial period. But Nate was no where to be found. I calledhim everyday for a week but he never returned my calls.
Finally, I called Customer Support and told what happened and that I wanted the $39.95 to be credited back to my credit card. They said they were sorry but they did not reverse charges and so I was stuck with it.
Nate is that "one rotten apple" which casts doubt on the integrity of the entire company.
