An agent by the name of Hector from the Buckhead Real Estate Group showed my home in August. While showing my home he cause damaged to the exterior siding of my home. I have tried repeatedly to recoup the money I spent on repairs from the agent and the real estate company to no avail.
The realtor admitted to the vice president of the company that he had poked a pencil through the siding on my home. When I confronted the Vice President, Mr. Blakenship, he stated he would investigate the issue and get back to me. Over a week later, I contacted Mr. Blakenship again. He advised me that he had investigated the issue and that his company was not at fault. I advised Mr. Blakenship that the realtor had admitted to the damage and he again refused to take responsibiltiy. He then advised me to have an attorney contact him if I wanted to persue the issue further.
What makes it even worse is that I was their client with another realtor at the time the damage was caused to my home. Needless to say, my realtor and I have found another company to do our business with.
