I used Morgan Ann Vaughan in the sell of my home. She took over 2 months to sell my home and was not informative. She says 2 months is good in this market but claims she sells most home in less than a month in her advertising. Took sometimes 3-4 hrs to return a call. Not very professional in my opinion when our home NEEDED to be sold as it was in foreclosure.
