Within 3 years of purchase I have had to have the control board replaced twice as both times the board mis read sensors and shut the system down. The second time I've had to wait 6 weeks total for the technician to arrive and the parts to be delivered. Today the technician is late and the rep at Sears Service line stated they're too busy to notify customers when the computer system is down and the technicians will be late, then hung up when I asked his name. Sears HAD a reputation for quality goods and great customer service, it's apparent they no longer deserve that reputation. I'll never patronize Sears again.
