These guys have the absolute worst customer support. I would leave them in a second if they didn't have such an amazing selection of domains. 75% of the time their 24 hour chat is offline when I need them, but when they are online, they never anser my question. They read a few words, answer completely a different issue and we have to start over. A 2-3 minute conversation takes 30 minutes
