Outsystem. Pl, a small OVH/Kimsufi reseller run by one guy, Lucas, started having problems with his customers in the beginning of August, many of them had their seedboxes and servers disconnected, at first they thought it was just a small problem and asked Lucas to repair them.
In some cases Lucas answered that he will repair them and that they will be online in a few hours, being still offline 24h later customers mailed him through his 2 official site emails (order and support) to tell him that it was still offline, this time no answer, they tried his MSN but he's always offline and never answers to any offline message, they tried the support ticket and site's chat, nothing.
This situation goes back to 1 month ago and is getting worse day after day, more of his customers are losing their servers/seedboxes without any explanation and worst of all without any answer from Lucas, and the few times he answers it's to tell you that everything will be repaired in 1h...
Some of his customers had his phone number and gave it to the other ones who were not receiving any support or any answer.
The first time some customers called he answered, and it was to tell them the same thing "Seedbox/Server is offline, I don' t know why, I'll take a look and it will be online in a few hours, give me your cell phone number I'll text-message you in a few hours...", after waiting 48h nothing was done and of course no text-message was sent, some tried to call him back and this time no answer (I guess he doesn't answer when he recognizes one of his customer's numbers, or just blocks them).
Several people have started a dispute on Paypal against him and also reported him to OVH...
I know this because that's what happened to me and I'm in contact with several people in the same case, long-time customers and new ones.
It's sad because I had a one person seedbox with him for more than 5 months and everything was going smoothly, the customer service was far from perfect but given the price I wasn't expecting more than that.
The bottom line is: don't rent anything from him or you'll regret it and end up like almost every one of his customers, opening a PayPal dispute to get your money back...
