Please do not do business with this company! They are a scam to the full extent! I just sent them a mint like condition gateway nv57h that was purchased from best buy in april. I sent it to them in original box and all the original accessories. I just got an e-mail from them this morning that said this:

These laptop parts were found to be missing, defective, or damaged:
AC Adapter: Generic/replacement
Battery: Generic/replacement
LCD Cover: Heavy scratches, Dents
LCD Bezel: Heavy scratches
Please understand that your quote was reduced due to pieces with damage, such as scratches or scuffs. We do apologize but the deductions are necessary as we cannot sell these pieces. Please let us know if we can agree on $120.
The original quote was $230. Now, i did not include the hard drive due to personal information being on it. The laptop was in 10/10 condition and the only reason i was selling it because i bought a macbook. So i beg everyone out there do not do business with this company, they are a full blown scam!!! That number on their web site just goes to the voice mail, and i called prior of shipping it to find out how much it will be without a hard drive and no one ever returned my call.
