Useless original microsoft code

My original "need for speed" game code is not working out for on-line games. The code i was provided when buying that original game is 2T96K-Q9MT9-9X73V-7Y4JM-V3QJZ according to MICROSOFT - once inserted that code my x-box 360 machine requires another one through a message saying that code had already been used.
