Dell customer service tech support is terrible. I had one question about ink replacement. I called two days in a row, the first day i was on hold so long the battery on my cordless phone died, the second day, after being on hold for 25 minutes, i finally went to ask.com and had an answer in less than 60 seconds. Don't bother to call dell, it is a total waste of time unless you want to pay for something!
