I bought a tablet on line from EGlobalElectronics.com. First let me say that I bought the item, but then they posted it for a much cheaper price. I tried to contact them to get the lower price, but got no response. But the site said you would receive your order in 5 - 7 days. I received no word for more than 2 weeks despite the fact that I kept calling and emailing. When I called, I only got music on hold. After 2 weeks of nothing, I deceided to cancel my order. Someone called, but it didn't go through on my cell phone. So I got to a better area and called right back. Again, all I got was music on hold. No one answered. About 2 weeks after I cancelled, (which was a month total time) the order arrived. I had already bought a different item because I didn't know what was going on with this company. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that for awhile, you couldn't even get their web site. It was down or something. So I wanted to know if I would have to pay to send it back even though I had cancelled long before it shipped. Well surprise, their web site is back up and on it now, it says that even if you cancel, they will charge you a 25% restocking fee! Is that legal! Can you charge me to stock something that was not sent?! This is the biggest rip off. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry.
