I purchased a 2.2 7' Android touch screen tablet from eglobalelectronics.com That was almost 3 weeks ago. Thankfully I haven't had any charges made to my credit card yet but it seems like once you place an order with this company it seems to drop off the face of the earth. They gave me an order number which is useless, i type it in and nothing happens. I call the number on the website, nothing, I send them email after email. Nothing. Finally I sent them an email saying don't bother continuing the order process, I'm no longer interested, then they respond!!! They said the order is still processing but they will be happy to cancel my order for a 25% restocking fee. Huh? I'm not paying a restocking fee for an item I don't even know exists let alone haven't been charged for yet. I have never had to wait at least 3 weeks for anything not even stuff I've bought and had to be sent from china. Unbelievable. Just avoid them. I'm just glad I wasn't charged anything.
