Twice this month UPS has delivered my package to another address and then listed it as "left at front door" on the tracking page. Both times, I was home and no UPS delivery attempt occurred at my house. The first time, the delivery was a chair, and the semi-distant neighbors brought the chair to us, thank goodness. This time it was a pearl ring, and so far it has not appeared. I called UPS less than 15 minutes after the "delivered" info appeared on the website. No help at all. No attempt to contact the driver. No apology. Just "contact your sender." Clearly there is a problem with the driver on this route!
