I was very excited about getting a magicjack plus. I have signed up so as soon as they had capability of transferring existing numbers, I could get it. I went and buy the magicjack plus at Best Buy last week, transferred my phone and waited a few days everything looked good until I connected the jack to my router. All I get from the phone is a message saying error 3002.
I have spent 4 hours chatting with their customer service and still have no phone. Every time they send you to another technician, it's 20 minutes wait. I gave them remote access to my computer and still nothing got better. The guy dropped the connection without verifying the line was working.
